Product Manager, f/m/d, in Vienna, Linz or Bratislava

About the role

You will join a highly motivated and passionate Product Team alongside Project Managers, Product Managers, Software Developers and Software Testers, reporting directly to the Head of Product Management. With your experience and understanding of the market, trends, user needs, and problems you will drive the development of the products in our Product Suite. In this role, you'll be expected to drive and own the entire product management lifecycle, from idea generation to launch. You'll be trusted to take full ownership of the process and deliver high-quality outcomes.

• You have several years of professional experience as a Product Manager

• You are a self-starter, taking responsibility, making decisions, and standing behind them

• You have a proven track record of building products and supporting ideas with data-driven insights

• You have a good understanding of the product development process

• You have experience prioritizing product backlogs in a fast-paced environment and ensuring the proper allocation of assigned resources

• You have excellent communication skills and experience in working closely with developers and other product managers.

• You have excellent German and English language skills (C1/C2 CEFR)

• Technical understanding or technical background

• Experience with job board software

• Experience with UI/UX

• Your start date: We'd like to have you on our team as soon as possible, but also understand that you might have obligations - we'll jointly align on the start date. 

• Location: We work in a hybrid work mode - you can comfortably work from our offices in Vienna, Linz or Bratislava and remotely

• Salary: The annual minimum salary for this role is starts at € 43.100,- gross per year (in Vienna, 14 salaries) and depending on your individual experience we might increase the offer. We don't do all-in contracts for this or similar roles, but are open to a small overhours package if you want to increase your salary. 

• We offer a high level of flexibility and autonomy, which includes flexible working hours (flexitime model), a generous home office policy (you decide when you work from home and when from the office) and the possibility working from other office locations.
