We are currently looking for a QA Software Tester to help us create and shape sustainable quality assurance processes. You will be supported in your work by a strong product team - delivering on a roadmap that helps to enable our product to grow so it becomes even more scalable, stable, and overall remarkable.

Who you are & your responsibilities

• You are an experienced QA Software Tester who is meticulous, curious, and eager to take on challenges

• You will bring in your experience to help us to create and improve our QA processes

• Your analytics and technical skills will directly impact the quality of the product we create

• Set up and improve testing processes during development, before and after release within our Agile setup

• Manual and automated testing of components and user journeys

• Be an advocate for testing and high quality standards and educate the team on the latest methodologies and tools

Skills & Requirements

• Strong software/web testing experience - using both manual and automated testing techniques (3+ years of experience)

• good knowledge of modern test automation tools and are able to make recommendations on the best tool for the job

• ability to create automated tests using web technologies

• excellent logic and problem-solving abilities, with an eye on details and diligent work attitude

• collaboration and communication skills (Contribution to all agile activities eg., daily stand-up meetings, sprint plannings, etc. & close collaboration with the dedicated product owner as well as other software engineers)

• Experience working in an Agile environment

• Excellent German and/or very good English language skills

• Experience with SaaS products is a plus

• Experience with Drupal and Behat is a plus

• Experience in managing test infrastructure and test environments is a plus

• Location: Vienna, Linz, Bratislava; hybrid models or, within Europe, fully remote is also possible

• Minimum yearly salary for a full-time position (38.5hrs/w) in Vienna starts from 36.890 € (IT KV, ST1). Overpay is possible based on relevant job experience and skills
