In this role, you'll support our cross-functional Customer Success Team, gaining first experience in supporting and managing clients as well as the job board and online recruiting industry.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the Customer Success Managers in client communication and project coordination

  • Support in the preparation and facilitation of strategic client meetings and workshops

  • Monitor and analyze client success metrics

  • Support in creating both internal and client-facing documentation

  • Get insight into workload planning, backlog management and agile software development

  • Configurations in the backend of our product

  • Testing of adapted and new features on our client's job boards

Job requirements

Skills & Requirements:

  • Technical background or high interest in online technologies

  • Good skills in office applications (Excel, Word) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)

  • Ability to work in teams

  • Very good communication skills in German and English (C1/C2 or native for both languages)

  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus

  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
