In this role, you'll work as a Digital Project Manager with a specialized team focusing on large scale clients. You will be responsible for agile project management working closely with software developers and our clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Project coordination (internally and externally)

  • Be the main point of contact for client requests and serve as the voice of the client

  • Define backlog items and priorities together with the client to align on project timeline and business requirements.

  • Create documentation (internally and externally)

  • Plan resources and project milestones

  • Manage sprint planning including the sprint backlog

  • Collaborate closely¬†with the Team Lead¬†and the Tech Lead in regards to feasibility and impediments

  • Work on the¬†backend to set configurations

  • Test project deliverables continuously on staging and production sites

  • Update¬†project controlling (internally and externally)

Job requirements

Skills & Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital or agile project management¬†

  • Technical background or high interest in online technologies

  • Experience with¬†CMS (e.g. Drupal) or project management tools¬†

  • Excellent skills in office applications (Excel, Word) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)

  • Excellent self and time management skills

  • Ability to work in remote teams

  • Very good communication skills in German and English (C1/C2 or native for both languages)

  • Analytical skills

  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus

  • Knowledge of¬†HTML and CSS is a plus
