As a Customer Support Specialist you will be the first point of contact for our clients, help them with their questions and needs, and coordinate the team to find and provide solutions. You are part of our cross-functional Customer Success Team and will close collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Software Developers and the Product Team.
Your Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for our clients for questions and issues
Monitor and prioritize incoming messages from clients
Handle questions and issues efficiently and coordinate the team to find an provide solutions for our clients in a timely manner
Technical configuration in our product
Test workflows in our product
Train our clients on how to utilize our product in the best way
Create and maintain client-facing documentation and the knowledgebase, both in German and English
Shape and improve our support processes together with other team members
Job requirements
Skills & Requirements
High school diploma or Bachelor's degree
At least 1 year experience in customer support or service roles, or similar (first) level support roles
Technical background or high interest in online technologies
A background in SaaS, eCommerce or technology is a plus
Excellent communication as well as interpersonal skills, high empathy and customer-centric mindset
Excellent self and time management skills
Ability to translate technical jargon into easy-to-understand business language
You are passionate about helping others and solving problems
Excellent German and English skills (C1/C2 or native)
Analytical skills
Excellent skills in office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus
Experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. Drupal, Sitecore) is a plus
Knowledge of technology platforms and multi-sided platforms is a plus

- Minimum yearly salary for this position (full-time, 38.5hrs/w) in Vienna starts from 28,714 € gross (IT KV, AT Einstiegsstufe). Overpay is possible based on relevant job experience and skills,
