As a Customer Success Manager you will be working with our clients directly, consulting them on industry best practices and how to best utilize our technology. You will be part of a cross-functional team and work closely with software developers to implement customer requests. Apart from that, you are educating clients on job board engagement platforms as well as industry trends.
Your Responsibilities
Account Management Build and maintain sustainable strategic client relationships with stakeholders on various levels
Consult, find solutions and train clients on our product to help them reach their goals
Become an expert in using our product in order to increase product adoption, client engagement and client satisfaction
Strategic cross- and upselling
Document and share best practices and case studies within the team and with clients
Coordinate and manage internal processes as well as external partners in relation with the client account
Organize, moderate and lead online and on-site meetings
Prepare and lead business reviews with clients
Closely collaborate with other teams (Sales, Delivery, Product Management)
Monitor and analyze client success metrics
Job requirements
Skills & Requirements
2-4 years experience in customer success management, account management, project management or similar client-facing roles
Bachelor or Master studies
Technical background or high interest in online technologies
A background in SaaS, eCommerce or technology is a plus
Excellent communication as well as interpersonal skills and comfortable presenting and speaking in front stakeholders on various levels
Ability to translate technical jargon into easy-to-understand business language
Experience in strategy planning and project management
You are passionate about consulting clients and curious about their business and goals
Excellent German and English skills (C1/C2 or native)
Analytical skills
Excellent skills in office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus
Knowledge of technology platforms and multi-sided platforms is a plus

Minimum yearly salary for this position (full-time, 38.5hrs/w) in Vienna starts from 28,714 € gross (IT KV, AT Einstiegsstufe). Overpay is possible based on relevant job experience and skills,
