Our growing, international team with now more than 45 people is supporting customers in 20 countries out of our office locations in Vienna, Linz, Bratislava and remotely. As an Account Executive you will be responsible for New Business Sales and have a direct impact on Jobiqo's success.

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for mid-market and enterprise accounts in the UK 

  • You enthusiastically create, develop and own your pipeline by prospecting, nurturing and actively moving deals in the sales funnel (end-to-end sales cycle management)

  • You generate your own leads and a healthy pipeline based on the product value proposition

  • You bring in a high energy and strong work ethic to successfully present Jobiqo’s portfolio

  • You are skilled in presenting software technology in front of a larger audience and managing multiple stakeholders (multi-level selling)

  • You are eager to develop and qualify opportunities and lead late-stage negotiations confidently

  • You close deals with planned winning strategies and a structured and methodological approach

  • You keep your CRM clean and use tools to leverage your potential, try out new methods and iterate your own processes

  • You identify and own initiatives to optimize the sales and negotiation process

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in late-stage sales in the UK of enterprise and mid-market accounts, a background in SaaS, e-Commerce or technology is a plus (complex sale)
  • Excellent language skills: English on level C1/C2 or native
  • You are passionate about helping customers in need-oriented and consultative conversations (customer-centric selling)

  • You are a true relationship builder with a passion for technology, networking and solution pitching

  • You are naturally curious about understanding the client's business model and goals

  • You are a committed and energetic personality who embraces change and critical thinking

  • You are skilled in outcome-oriented value selling and objection handling

  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • You find it easy to translate technical jargon into easy-to-understand business language

  • You have excellent skills in office applications (Excel, Word) and G-Suite (Sheets, Docs)

  • Experience in managing contacts, leads, deals in CRM systems (i.e. Pipedrive, Salesforce)

  • Knowledge of technology platforms, multi-sided platforms or marketplaces is a plus

More Details and Benefits

  • Your possible start date: flexible from July 2023 onwards
  • Flexible Location: Vienna (home-office option available) or remotely based in the UK

  • Flexible working hours: preferred full-time (38,5 hrs/w)

  • The minimum salary for this role is in Austria governed by the collective agreement for IT Services and starts from 39.956- € gross per year (full-time, 38,5 hrs/week, task group ST1, entry-level). The base salary range for this role that we can offer is € 42.000,- to € 49.000,- gross per year (full-time position in Vienna, 14 salaries), depending on qualifications, skills and relevant work experience, as well as a performance-driven variable compensation that brings your OTE up to € 100.000,- € gross per year. Different collaboration frameworks (e.g. service contract or employment and payroll in the UK) might be possible as well.
